Book Online for the UK National Bongo Bash 2024 (Non-Electric Pitches Only)
Wednesday 19th to Monday 24th June
Before booking for the Bash please read the following carefully.
a) You are booking a non-electric pitch for a “camping unit” This is defined as a maximum of 1 vehicle with 2 adults and up to 3 children, and includes a caravan or one tent/awning.
b) This is a members-only event although day visitors are welcome free of charge. If you are not a member you can join in advance and then book but you will have to do this by phone on 0114-2550836
c) Don’t book if you want to stay up all night making a noise or want to sit around a fire. It’s not allowed.

Book online by following these instructions.
- Find your membership number (it’s on your laminated card). If you can’t find it, we can identify you from your home postcode.
- Decide which nights you want to book for. The earliest you can arrive is Wednesday 19th (noon) and the latest you can depart is Monday 24th June (noon).
- Each night costs £21.50 for a non-electric pitch.
- The booking must be for you and not on behalf of someone else
- Add up your total cost.
- Get your credit or debit card ready (UK residents only). We do not accept AMEX.
- Go to our secure online payment page (this will open in a new tab).
- In the “Invoice ID/Reference” enter your membership number or home postcode.
- In the “Total Amount” box enter the total amount payable in the following format 00.00. Do not use £ sign.
- In the “Description” box enter your vehicle registration number and the nights you will be staying. For instance if you are arriving Friday and departing Sunday this should be Fri-Sat.
- Click on the blue “Nochex” button to proceed to the payment screen. You will receive an automated receipt.
- An information pack will be emailed to you 2 weeks before the event.
- Um……that’s it!
