If it cuts out at junctions etc i cured mine a few years ago by installing a 20quid inline fuel pump from evilbay inbetween the fuel filter and pump its never cut out since

I added an inline 12v pump to my fuel system about 4 years ago its like fitting a pace maker it gave it a new lease of life

Worth trying an inline 12v pump i had the same problem 4 years ago so fitted a £20 one and its still going 40000 miles later

as i understand your question,you are after the dia of the over the starter motor hose????.
this goes from the back of the engine,drivrs side, down to the rear heater.
this measures 16mm ...

i live quite near you and have been looking for a garage in barrow to do a thermostat and coolant change but no one

How gradual do you mean? Surely few cooling systems as big and complicated as a bongo's will be absolutely 100% tight? My bongo has used perhaps a very dainty teacup of coolant per 6 months for the last 4 years.

ive had mine nearly 3 years now and 25000 miles later have still not had to top mine ...

put a similar product to steel seal in my lads corsa about 4 months ago,head gasket gone, still working a treat
and it was only £8 from local motor factor :D

mine did exactly the same after i adjusted the handbrake, check the rear hubs when it happens
one of mine was red hot, cooled after 10 mins then did it again after a couple of miles
sounds like handbrake needs loosening a tad

seem to have a slight leak on the fuel return pipe
will get some from local motor spares tommorrow
does anyone know the pipe diameter? looks like 8mm
