Hi All, Does anyone know the fuel injection pump timing setup procedure for the 2.5TD 1995 engine? Hi,

I had the same problem lubricated the universal joint and it was ok for a few weeks then it started to stiffen up again so I bought a new joint when I took the old one off it was shot very stiff in one direction and a fair bit of wear steering feels brand new now :)

Hi, Bit of a late reply so you may of already sorted this! there are small bulbs fitted in the back of the control panel 3x in total one for the fan switch, one for the vent position and one for the temperature setting they are a standard R284 type the ones fitted in mine were 1.2 watts but a I fitt...

Thought I would update this

The new cylinder head gasket had a bead of silicone on it in the same area as shown in the manual so I went with that and touch wood 2500 miles later engine still running with no problems touch wood.....
