I am up to 100,000 miles (160000km) and was wondering if any of you kind peeps can tell me when another change is due, as I found it ...

Two questions please, fellow Bongonauts

New wheel arches...thanks for members' help

Hi all

Many thanks for all of the advice given on replacing the rusty wheel arches on my beloved Bongo

I purchased off and nearside Mk6 transit wheel arches from Hadrian on Ian's advice, and had them fitted and sprayed at a body shop near Milton Keynes for the princely sum of £250 for each side ...

Re: Excess wear on driver's side tyres

Chaps

Many, many thanks.....to me it looks like having too low pressure in the tyres plus the added weight of the conversion is causing this......am off to pump up the tyres and see what happens, seems pretty obvious to me....why didn't I think of this....but I am very nice but dim

Thanks again ...

Excess wear on driver's side tyres

Hi all

I have an M reg 2 wheel drive Bongo with a full conversion on which I changed all tyres a year ago. After 8,000 miles I have found that the first inch of the outside on the front tyre has gone completely bald, and about half an inch on the rear is starting to go. I had all of the tyres re ...

External Sliding door handle

Hi all

Like an idiot, I forced my door handle and it came off in my hand, and thought it would be easy to replace having bought a new one.

Any tips on how to do this, I started to remove the internal panel on the door, but cannot get any further as I do not want to force the inside door handle ...

Sliding Door won't open

Hi all

I am a plank, was trying to open the sliding door on Sunday, I thought it had frozen, gave it a sharp pull and the handle came off in my hand, anyone know where I can get a new one and how do I replace it?

Wheel Arches Rusting

Hi all

The rear wheel arches on my Bongo have started to blister, I had a cheap job done last year and they are bubbling again, my fault, you get what you pay for. I have decided to get the job done properly and to get the sills done at the same time.

Any suggestions on the best course, ie do I ...
