Thanks for the link; I had tried various searches, but didn't find that one.
However, I've found that it was the clock; disconnected it, drain down to 10mA. Due to my laziness on installing the clock, I had joined the blue and red wires together, before connecting them to the courtesy light feed ...

Looks good and neat. Are you sure your glovebox will not 'hit' your component board when it's closed ? When I tried mine, I thought it would be a problem, which is why I mounted mine on top of the tube - perhaps I was being over cautious...

I have started to assemble the fuse panel as you have on a board to secure behind the glove box, in fact Im almost finished.
One question how did you connect the 4x27Amp cables & the 60Amp wire to the inline fuse. Did you use yellow lucar eyelet crimp connectors to secure to the fuse bolts ...
