Almost certainly the water pump.

I had exactly the same symtoms last year.

Bearings in pump had been knacked by a non bongo mechanic in the UK overtightening the new set of belts cos the alternator belt was squealing.

Got all the way to the South of France before the water pump gave up.

Take the belts off and see if there is any side play on the shaft. If there is any it needs a new pump. If not see if the seal around the pump housing is leaking, If it is take off the pump and make a new gasket and refit.
Most likely the shaft co's people tend to overtighten belts to get rid of squeal, instead of replacing belts.
