Isn't a Bongo even smaller and narrower than a Delica?
I could be wrong but always thought it was a bigger vehicle and based on a Showgun / Pajero running gear?
I Don't want to put you off a Bongo they are great and I love mine. But as they are up to 30 years old so do need looking after in all ...

Re: Flashing Glow Plug Light - unable to diagnose
I wonder if you are using a Swap loom to move devices like radio, cigarette lighters and interior lights to the leisure battery.
If you are this also moves some of the ECU power I believe. so if your Leisure batter is going flat that would cause all sorts of issues as Gilly99 says.

Re: MOT Recommendations Cheshire
Thank you Bob.
I did thing about these as it was where my van was originally from. Not by me.
In the end i just used a local MOT place. happy to say it passed with just one very minor advisory (ball joint boot on a drop link).
I do try and keep on top of everything so I shouldn't worry but do

MOT Recommendations Cheshire
My old trusty MOT station is no longer operating.
Are there any Bongo friendly MOT Garages in Cheshire or the North West.
Happy to travel but want to go to Bongo experienced place if possible.
I have had a quick look at the members area list but not sure how in date that is
Thanks
Ian

I assume you have aftermarket white dials.
I have seen these used to adjust the back light colour and brightness.

Re: Quiet exhaust for V6
Surprised any exhausts built to standard specification would be any nosier than a standard one. Only if a silencer has been removed or replaced with straight through type would I expect it to be significantly noisier.
I would check if its touching the bodywork anywhere or maybe blowing somewhere ...

Accident Damage
Its not a post I wanted to make.
My poor old Bongo was hit while on holiday in Lock Lomond. Over 900 miles of issue free motoring in less than a week apart from the bump.
The damage is relatively light being the rear quarter behind the rear wheel, rear bumper and tail light. Though I am a bit ...

Aircon Regas
I have had issues with my Aircon since having a bit of welding done.
Understandable because of the rear heater being removed.
I have used with some success the home refill kits but this time though it pressurises and all seems to work. fan and compressor kicks in. it isnt cooling. in fact when I ...

Re: Wheels again
Good Morning
Regarding the way the offset works (in basic terms). The lower the number the more the wheel will stick out when you get in to the racing type deep dish wheels you can even get negative offset numbers.

Re: On no seized engine.
Dave Westgarth is on FaceBook, not sure what or if he has an ID on here ?
I think he has only done them for the F45 at present as he has one himself! But I would have thought a similar design could be made if you ask him.
Nice thing is no drilling the van itself, it uses the existing awning fixings ...
