Re: Coolant and hoses change
The two metal pipes i have are: 15-190 and 15-19X... mine are a little rusty and need doing before i get any leaks appearing.
Is there a lot of dismantling involved to get at these then?
I would like to have a go at doing these but as i said earlier i don't have a lift/ramp and will be doing it ...

Coolant and hoses change
I have seen the vids on how to change the coolant and think i will give it a go. I realise how important it is not to get any air pockets etc.
I also have the four main hoses i want to swap over as well as the two metal coolant pipes that run under the driver and passenger seat. How hard is it to ...

Re: Knocking front end
It is indeed four wheel drive..
I will lift it and see if there is any play anywhere, it sounded like a similar knock before i changed the drop links.
Will investigate further and report back..

Knocking front end
I have a knocking sound coming from the front end when driving. It seems to get worse after prolonged driving. I have replaced all four drop links and the rubber bushes also. I have checked and all seems stiff and tight as it should.
What else could be causing a suspension knocking problem?

Mine went in yesterday. I had recently replaced front drop links and steering rack gaiter and passed with no advisory's.

Re: Removable kitchen unit
Jeebers scanner - where'dya dig that up from. I think its probably over the max towing weight for a Bongo isn't it
But seriously, what an interesting looking unit. Never seen anything like that before
It came with my Bongo and has barely been used. It isn't that heavy ...

Removable kitchen unit
My Bongo is a standard 8 seater with lifting roof. I want to fit a removable kitchen unit that can be fitted and removed with ease as and when i want to use it for weekends away and then back to standard 8 seater.

Inner roof panel removal
I want to remove the inner lift up roof panel as the one fitted in my bongo is split in two.
The hinges appear to bolt under the headlining which looks a pain to get to. Anyone tell me the order of things to remove so that I can swap out this panel for a replacement?

Removing headliner
I want to replace the inner lifting roof panel of my Bongo and had a quick look this morning. It appears that the hinges are bolted through the roof and the bolts are under the headlining.
Any tips for removing the headlining and is it a big job to get to these bolts?
