Inner roof panel removal

I want to remove the inner lift up roof panel as the one fitted in my bongo is split in two.

The hinges appear to bolt under the headlining which looks a pain to get to. Anyone tell me the order of things to remove so that I can swap out this panel for a replacement?

im fairly sure from memory that the hinge pins knock out sideways after remove a spring clip washer thingy (internal grip washer), so leave the base hinge bit in place.

someone may want your roof if its the catflap version, they may even swap you.
