You would need to see what fuse is feeding which circuit ..

Remove the fuse(s) .. then take a separate fused wire from the positive side of the leisure battery and 'plug it into the vacant fuses 'feed' ..

Or you can buy a purpose made harness to do the job ..

The picture is for a kit tailor made for the automatic Bongo .. and is a "professional" fix ..

Nobody else has questioned it so I will. What water pump do you have connected up to the starter battery and why?

on his sink maybe  .

to tell if you have a split charge or not.
has the bongo got a switch near the drivers knee with an engine symbol on it ?.
yes could mean that it is north jap model with 2 usually smaller starter only batts fitted. (but may have been converted).
no, could mean it may have.
check for how the 2 bats are connected. is there a straight, unbroken heavy link wire from the neg on the starter bat to the positive on the second bat. if yes its usually 2 starter bats in series.
if no then its usually a starter bat and leisure bat. (the leisure bat may actually be just a second standard looking battery, so sometimes not obvious).
look for a non standard looking relay with wires to the second bat, should also have a fuse box or in line fuses nearby to protect the system/circuits etc.

i use these, really good kit, then a seperate fuse box powering whatever you want powering off the leisure battery.

Yes I guessed that too but why would anyone put a conversion in without a leisure battery?

We're assuming they have a conversion :). All we know is there are two batteries, a pump (& possibly a tap) and some blinds. A photo of what you've got would help us give guidance on your options.
