coolant hose

Post by cheekal » Thu May 09, 2013 9:04 pm

hi all
one of my coolant pipes is leaking it is the pipe under the pasenger seat which runs from just before the engine oil dipstick behind the alternator to a metal pipe on the left hand side.
Does any one know where i can get a replacement.
I have spoke to Bongo bits and they told me that they cannot get hold of this pipe but I would be ok to use 5/8 inch radiator hose is this correct.

Try the Lushprojects drawings also hosted on this site and you translate the diagram part number to a mazda number via the links on the left hand side of the drawing. Part number is in the format of WL011****. As mentioned previously you can order these direct from a mazda dealer and arrive in a few days if in Europe, a bit longer if via japan. There is no UK distribution network.

Thanks for your help.
I think it might be a rear heater hose from the thermostat.
part number might be 61-214 but not listed on left hand side
