smoking bongo

Post by coolerking76 » Thu Feb 16, 2012 8:47 am

hi i need HELP i have little to no knowledge of mechanics so here goes , my radiator burst in the bad weather so i took it to my local garage and he fitted a new on the when i go it back found the heaters were blowing cold the a few days later clouds of white smoke came bellowing out the exhaust for at lest the first mile or two not sure if the two problems are related. my local garage has since bled the system and fitted new glow plugs to find same problem. (96 n reg diesel )

Sounds like you need to get it taken to a bongo savay garage (on a flat bed) and find out where the system is loosing coolant. Maybe somebody who knows your area better could advise on garage options? Best of luck for an easy and innexpensive fix [-o<

If the tanks empty....don't drive it....even if you fill it up you will have air in there.
