Hello Andy and welcome.
Apologies I’m not familiar with those but hopefully others here can advise.
I wondered however, as you’re a fair way from JAL, whether there are any local van conversion specialists who may be able to advise you.?
Cheers, and good luck sorting it.

Re: Headlamp bulbs, night driving etc.
Being a cheapskate.. I used some Solvol Autosol I had lying about in the garage on my headlights, it worked really well. I applied it using the same old toothbrush I use when applying it to the alloy on my motorsickle (no not the wife’s). I then made a buffer attachment out of a few old rags and pol...

Re: Bongo Campervan Wifi
I’m a little confused.. I’ve use my phone as a WiFi Hotspot on occasion for many years without ever adding an App. I’ve used ‘el cheapo’ Huawei, and better phones like Samsungs, simply accessed the Setting and created a Hot Spot. I’ve done all sorts from allowing several others to access the tinterw...

Re: Decathlon Awning Shelter
My Bongo came with an awning, though after fighting with it for 30 mins on a windy day I packed it away and instead, within 5 mins had popped up my Quechua Base XL and attached it. I’d bought two of the Quechua Base Seconds tents some time back and added the XL to link the tents and provide addition...

Re: N.Lincs Undersealing.?
Will do Mark. There’s a place in Spalding, Rustbuster who offer this for £740+vat.. (not cheap but it sounds like they know their onions). High-pressure cleaning of the underbody using Chlor-X salt remover and traffic film remover. Infra-red and air blast drying. Removal of wheels and masking of bra...

Anyone out there had any undersealing done in the N.Lincs area.?
I’m in Grimsby and looking to get mine protected.
I would consider doing it myself but only have ramps / axel stands so guess it ain’t so easy..?
Any info / thoughts much appreciated.

Re: Motorcycle Emptyness
Update… Picked up a Moto Guzzi V7 a couple of weeks ago, very pleased to find once the mirrors were removed, using a handy scaffold plank for a ramp, it rolled easily into the back easily (seats out of course). I sat the bike on its side stand and left it in gear, and had previously refitted the sea...

Re: York v Sheffield
Chose AutoSafe York after chatting with both, (as much on availability and logistics for us as both seemed knowledgeable). Took ours for a service / MOT and are very happy with the work and their attention. They kindly dropped us at the nearby Asda from where we caught the bus into York for a wander...

York v Sheffield
Hello folks, I’m looking to get a full service and check over by a Bongo ‘specialist’..
there’s two that are ‘reasonably local’ to me, both approx 60 miles from my Grimsby, so wondered if anyone had experience of either -
Dore in Sheffield
Or..
Auto safe in York
Any / all info appreciated.

Re: Moving the Roof Lock Cancel switch
Hello folks, not looking to move, instead needing a replacement switch, anyone spotted suitable replacement options anywhere.? I’ve currently wired in a simple push switch which works fine, but am looking for one that’ll slot straight into the space.? (All the ones I’ve seen so far are circular in s...
