Power steering belt

Hi,what's the bongo like to drive if the steering belt fails?.
Just checked belts fluids etc,I have about 25% of my steering belt left!!!!!!. Away tomorrow morning so can't get it done until Friday?.

Just back from austria. On the autobahne got 100mph from my bongo!. It still had more....and I left the air con on!.It's a 2001 aero v6 petrol tin top with lowered suspension wide low profile tyres lpg conversion,I had magnacor leads and ngk lpg1 plugs new cap and arm,new gearbox and engine oil. Yes it does. If it cannot be repaired within 72 hours. They will reimburse reasonable costs for you and passengers to get home.

Fitted and passed mot that day.

Hi everyone,
Hope this doesn't go on twice.....I'm sure I've sent it!!. Anyway, my 2001 bongo has just failed its mot,excessive play in the steering column uj. Does anyone know,can I get one from a motor factors or is it a specific part to the bongo. I would like to get it done on Friday.
Any advice ...

I assume it's the company in Swindon. I got mine via e bay?..they are complete pants... I've had problems with the dials, I've e-mailed, phoned left messages no joy. Avoid.

Hi Simon,
It's doing it on both. I have a stag lpg system,which the fitters have looked at. The system is all ok,typical it wouldn't play up when they had it!. I'm having the auto box fluid changed,so will get my local garage to have a look then. Depending what they say I will probably get new ...

Hi all,
Has anyone's bongo suffered with poor running at tick over or low speed?. At the moment it's intermittent,will cut out and/or Rev at tick over up and down,you have to knock it into natural to save it cutting out.
I've got a 2001 v6 with lpg. Technicians have checked out the lpg system all ...

Tailgate struts

Hi all,
Hope someone can advice me. I am looking for uprated tailgate strutts,I have a thule bike rack permanently fitted and have to prop the tailgate open. Does anyone know where I can get a couple.

Hi all,
What does HOLD do.....ok I quess it holds?. My illumination has never come on,apart from once whilst driving. Stopped restarted and it has never come on again.
