Thats a very good price - My trade motor factors charge more than that- admitedly its not a big part of their range, but they are wholesalers!
Off to maplins for the next set.

Got some similar from Towsure last year, cheaper than that but you would need to check current prices. Why use them? About as cheap as standard without faffing about with spanners.....

I have them fitted to the leisure battery which needs regular topping up from a charger . I had them fitted to my caravan battery too .
I just find it hassle free to use butterfly nuts on the battery clamp and easy disconnection of the battery itself using these terminals No need to hunt around for spanners .I am a lazy sod

Interesting that they use blue for negative - surely this is totally non-standard.

I,m not really clued up on all this leisure battery lark, but my brother in law fitted a leisure battery to his bongo, and he didnt have to charge the leisure battery, it charged when he drove the bongo, and his interior lights and radio worked without the ignition on. There was a solar panel stuck in the hatch window in the roof also, which apparently charged the batteries when the sun shined?? 8) Im not sure if the last bit was a wind up or not, but there was a solar panel there :?

''alternator only really gives about 75/80% of charge and always best to mains charge every so often. ''
