I've no idea

But there's a guy on here who can cut keys and make new ignition barrels from just the number on your original key

Give him a PM

Name on here is hypno211
Or tom

Does a good job I had him cut a new key works fine
Had been back and forwards to local key cutters trying to get there's to work never did.
Gas safe heating engineer / plumber if you need any advice just shout.

the workshop manual for the 2.5TD says you have to remove the whole key cylinder set by making a groove in the head of the shear bolt with a chisel and then unscrew the bolt to remove the key cylinder. To replace you need a new shear bolt.
