Fuel pipes ?

I need to replace the fuel return pipe from the injector rail to the pump, its a flexi and is only about 75mm ish long, but what bore pipe do i need 3mm 4mm 5mm ????????

I got two lengths of hose to the gauge of what Kirsty said & run new through... The hose wall on the new may be a tad thicker..?
