oil and coolant checks
how often should i be checking my oil? once a week
or few thousand miles, or is this to often. Also how often should i be checking the coolant and what should i be looking for, do i just look at the outside of the bottle under the bonnet and make sure it above the low line is this enough.

Hi PNC. Once a week is good, and 'yes'. Keep an eye on the age of both fluids also, relative to recommended change intervals - lots of advice on here if you use the search facility, and don't have the owner's manual (available at the Bongo Shop). Yes weekly checks on oil, and coolant, get youself a coolant alarm from Haydn from this forum.
