bulb replacement for side lights

a job for tomorrow will be to replace nearside front side light bulb, just had a quick look as i am going out tonight but cant seem to get access to rear of unit without taking unit out is this correct ? i await your knowledge, cheers lee,

hi there trident lee to get at front sidelight undo screw on top of indicator lense then simply pull gently to remove and you will find the required bulb

It is different on the post '99 New Shape.

Trident Lee. If in fact yours is 99 on the bulbs can be reached from inside the engine bay via access to the back of the lamp unit.
