Re: AC Clutch Click
Is there a belt on the pulley ? When you operate the AC On does the clutch engage and turn the compressor ?

Re: AC Clutch Click
Hiya sorry for late reply I lost my login details. I have the belt and pilly etc. but no nothing engages, and my revs stay the same! Wondering if it's electrical issue.
Can't find a tidy fuse diagram anywhere.i used to have a few original ( English ) bongo manuals! No idea where their gone now either!

There is a good chance its electrical, you have turned on the Aircon system inside I assume ?
If so check that the clutch plug is actually connected under the bonnet, it may have been removed to prevent it operating if the compressor has failed. Its a two wire lead from the very front of the compressor. If it is connected then check to see if you are getting power to it when the Aircon system is turned on and in operation.
