2.5 Diesel - Shift Solenoid replacement

Hi all, recently purchased a 1997 bongo and having a persistent gearbox fault where the hold light is flashing and not changing into 4th gear. All other gears work fine and speed isn't limited. No other gear boxes issues afaik, shifts smoothly and correctly,. Speedo and tacho working fine.

Read the ECU and it's coming up with a 3-4 shift solenoid error.

Just ordered the replacement solenoid pack and plan to fit it in the next week, does anyone have any tips/instructions?
Can't find much information around apart from what bolts on the valve body to remove and a few little bits on some posts.
