Hot cold air blower running slow

My cab fan is gradually blowing slower and slower. When I first had my bongo the air flow on full would be very strong now it's very weak. I can't find any filters in the air ducts and nothing seems to be blocked. Is there anything else to try.

There aren't any filters as such, a common problem is water getting into the motor and causing corrosion, the water comes from the windscreen scuttle plate because the drain hole blocks up.
