Cibie Spots

How do I get to the bulbs in these spot lights? It seems I need either a magic wand or sledge hammer!!!

Are these the sort with a chrome rim on the front?

If so I seem to recall this is how to do it:

Have a look to find a place around the rim (at the bottom?) where you can lever off the rim with a screwdriver.

If there the ones with plastic covers, then the plastic covers just pull off.Not fixed....Then there is ONE screw on the underside of the spot....take that off and the whole light will come off....push to one side the retaining clip and bobs your uncle f****s your aunt unplug the wire and take out the light....
