Post by knpenny » Sun May 20, 2018 1:44 pm

Hi all, just wondering if anyone knows the correct power of battery for the 2.0 petrol as i think mine is a bit weak.
mine is 450 60ah, its a bit weak on first start in the mornings but after that it starts instantly. Matbe battery on the way out(not holding charge)?
thanks as always in advance :D

Not sure what the spec is for the 2 ltr petrol, but assuming the tray is the same I'd look to fit a 95ah one for a diesel.

That will give you plenty of oomph for not a lot more money.

Tayna have provided me with a few batteries, or there's often a discount code for Euro Car Parts, a Google search often finds one.

definitely won't do any damage by fitting a higher capacity battery, just gives you a bit more stored lectrickery for when needed. 8)
