Thanks - the old is still in situ (can remove it soon) but is a Crosland. The new one ordered in was a Nipparts J1313015:

You wil need an engine oil flush too. Use cheap oil on the flush then change oil and filter and finally refill with the good stuff.
You can use your old oil filter for the flush. I would suggest taking it off now and leaving it to drain down.
Cheers. Will remove filter at earliest opportunity and try to get prepared for coolant flush.

Stuck in the cam. Have asked Andy at AVA, he says he needs to speak to a contact in Japan(!), could take a few days. Given that it's a Ranger engine too, I've been trying to find a match but no joy yet. No idea why it wasn't actually in the new cam/head...
