air con which do I have?

Post by zippy » Mon May 11, 2015 6:24 pm

I have the none climate control air conditioning

How do I tell if I have a 2 stage or single stage air con?

I have the vents in roof that work in rear and the panel behind my cuboard where the seat row use to be.

Unsure, as the fact sheet says.

"Re-gas system using R134a. The system will take approximately 950g (for dual system) or 700g (front system only)."

The Dual applies to having both front and back systems working as built, however some people block of the rear system when they remove it during a conversion, in which case less refrigerant is required to fill the system. Sounds like yours is standard and requires the full 950 grams of refrigerant.

So all the rear air comes from just that top vent? No wonder it's like a jet engine ( •‿• )

No you can choose where it comes from.
There are top vents and also bottom vents on the side panel under the rear control panel.

Ok, I still got that panel, and the rear switch in front.

Any others locations in back?

Top, side panel with control unit, and?
