Light problems are usually earth related
Try earthing things out with a new earth supply

But I think I have heard of a faulty hazard switch causing your problem
Gas safe heating engineer / plumber if you need any advice just shout.

Is there any history to this: did they just all stop at once, or have there been problems for a while? Have you recently had a tow bar fitted, or perhaps hooked up a trailer/caravan/light board for the first time? Do the tell-tale lights on the instrument panel and hazard switch flash and is the clicking at normal speed or very fast? Have you fitted LED bulbs?

I had a small crash and the indicator was pulled out snapping both wires,I got a replacement indicator and connected both wires everything was fine for a while. Then the replacement iindicator would stop working but the rest of the lights worked fine including hazards.I was then removing the indicator and it started to work this happened a couple of times then they all cut out.what I have now is just a clicking noise when I use the indicators and it speeds up when i switch the hazards on. No green aroows on dash.i have tried a replacement flasher rely.

There are two fuses, one drives the relay module the other powers the lights, you have blown the lights fuse!

Use the link and select "By Fuse Problem" then from the dropdown choose Lights- Turn Hazard it will show you the two fuses.
