
Green light above rear heating control behind driver seat??

Green light above rear heating control behind driver seat??
Hi all, I have a green light adjacent to the rear heating control panel under window behind drivers seat? What is the light for?? Sometimes I am driving and my wife notices it is illuminated? Cannot upload a pic, too techie for me, any ideas extremely welcome!! Hoping it's nothing to be worried about

It's to illuminate the controls. Comes on with the sidelights. It tells the people in the back that it's dark outside

As Simon says, just illuminates the heater controls.
