Don't put it off to long.......it's a bit like having sex without some form of protection.

Cornish
Its the first thing i had fitted on our Bongo, had it done by the dealer, as the main problem seems to be coolant related with the Bongo..........fit first or pay later......my bit mate for what it's worth.

Hi. Just called Jo & ordered the alarm....you are right Haydn & Silage, don't want to get caught out!! Will get it fitted asap as I am now anxious about taking my 'Gladys' out as it feels like I'm driving a ticking time bomb!! Won't use her now until she is has got it fitted as I have always had a habit of tempting fate....many thanks again guys xx

Morning. Sorry for delay in replying. Have just got back from 2 weeks in France.....unfortunately not in our bongo due to expense of taking her on ferry :( .....but one thing I did notice out there is how geared up the French are regarding campervanning....there are aires all over the place and the most beautiful areas where you can stay overnight for free!!! Why can't the uk be more like that?? Anyway, off the subject....due to being away I haven't been out in Gladys since having alarm fitted but am already feeling so relieved that we have had the alarm fitted. On way back from ferry yesterday we saw a poor old bongo broken down at side of road with its bonnet up and my first thought was whether it was coolant related......thanks so much for your advice and encouragement.......am just about to look at posts regarding bike carriers so if you, Silage, or anyone else reading this, have any recommendations for a ball mounted 4 bike carrier (reasonably priced!! ) then let me know.......x
