Post by Nutcase » Mon Jul 28, 2014 2:16 pm

Hi guys my washers have stopped working but when power put to pumps they work and all fuses seem Ok, which is the actual washer pump fuse, any help or advice would be a great help.

Fuse 13 is rear wipers and wash

Fuse 15 is front wipers and wash

Start top left
In fuse box next to drivers knee

So if your wipers are working it's not your fuses

Compatible direct replacement pump can be bought for under £10. Plenty of info and examples via the search facility.

test with a test light to see if there is live at the plug when washers pressed, if yes then it maybe an earth fault, these are found just at the side of the headlights, look for 2-3-4 wires going into a block that is bolted to the front panel, could just need a clean as they are a bit in the weather zone.
