Hi all, Still got a problem with the flashing "hold" light on my n reg Bongo. I have bought a lead and have plugged it into 3 different diagnostics readers, No joy. I have jumped wires in the diagnostics socket and got a flashing code of ; 1 long flash,6 short, 6 long, 2 short,9 short flashes. Any help would be appreciated with this as I am waiting to go to France in it.
Thanks, Gaz

Re: Hold light
You'll probably need a specialist. Whereabouts are you?

Re: Hold light
Might be worth phoning Ian Taylor (can't remember if he's Market Drayton or Stoke on Trent these days) to see is he could recommend someone or take a look himself. He's very good and a Bongo expert. Good luck - keep us posted.greengaz wrote:Hi Mike I am in wolverhampton.

Re: Hold light
Thanks to all for the suggestions, I have had a poke around with a few connections, and at the moment its working like it should. I don't know for sure if I have done anything. Would this mean its likely to be a contact problem? or could it be more serious even though its working at the moment?
Any suggestions appreciated even if its to eliminate any problem.
Cheers guys G.

I had a similar situation with my ABS light ..
It seems fine know .. the final solution seems to have been a multi pin plug not fully 'clicked' in ..
