strange stat.

Post by Northern Bongolow » Tue Apr 16, 2013 6:20 pm

took this out of a diesel bongo today #-o  .
its certainly not right for this model, does anyone know if its for the v6 or 2ltr ???.

it had been in for a long while and gave no ill effects. im guessing that the garage who fit it just got the wrong part number delivered and it fit.

Not a V6 one as they look similar to the one you've replaced it with:

this one had been in for years and was still opening and closing dead on spec. must be a good make.

That what it says mate, hope you don't have a sleepless night worrying about it. It is the genuine mazda part ordered via chassis no. and collected and paid for by me, with my discount of course. 8-[

If it is a "Fail Safe" it will have two spring clips one on each support.
