Auto Box Error Codes

Hi

Can any one help me i've had the flashing hold light come on my bongo i've read the fact sheet about this and have come out with this code 1 LONG 1 SHORT 1 LONG 2 SHORT and help would be appreciated?

Welcome Dave, I will check out the code for you, Our bongo has an intermittent flashing hold problem, linked to the chip on the speedo, I pull up turn off the ignition,restart and away we go

There are 2 factsheets which give advice on this - 'Hold Light' and 'Transmision Fault Codes'.

I've looked at both the fact sheets and cant seem to find the codes it looks like code 11 and code 12 is that right?

Look on page 2 of the transmission fault code fact sheet. There is no code 11, but code 12 is the throttle position sensor.

Does any one know where the throttle position sensor is located as i can borrow a friends Bongo and change it over before i buy a new one

Try the search facility. Use the search term "Throttle AND sensor" (exactly as written but without the quote marks).
