A common problem is a vacuum forming in the fuel tank due to a blocked vent in the fuel cap, try releasing the cap, and running without it for a couple of journeys.

As Geoff said, fuel pump seal, and or blocked fuel cap breather, they work in tandem to make life difficult!! Run it without the cap, if the seal hasnt failed too much you'll be fine, but the point will come where it'll need replacing

as Julian says.... Fuel Pump seal(s) ....could also be an air leak at a joint too.... last resort problem is Pump failure...the internal rotors can wear out...which results usually in your symptoms BUT usually that also has a period of cut outs (usually soon after cold starts, normally when slowing down soon after cold start and ends with a cut out as if your fuel has run out and if...if you get restarted it will run on 3 cylinders etc...

Hi coolerking76,
Did you remove and refit the IP before and after it was serviced or did the diesel shop do the full job.?

Hi coolerking76,
I would take the vehicle back to your garage and ask them to have a look at it,it may need the IP timing and the TPS adjusted.
Good luck..
