Hopefully there will now be an image, the pipe nearest is the one i have removed, the other is the new one.The image shows the difference between the two.Now the pipes off it appears that the other end is also different, the new pipe is smaller at the connection so the other end will not push in.Simon Jones wrote:I don't believe the pipe work has changed, although the spare set I have are from a van which was probably 1995/6 vintage. Photos will be the best option. Info here on how to do it:

The 1995 model also has the same number, so not sure what to suggest:

Why are you changing the pipe? Could you not just get a new O-ring for the existing one.
Part ref 61-831 is the drawing number (DN), NOT the Mazda part number. If you look at the index in red on the left hand side of the lush projects diagrams you will see thatSimon Jones wrote:I see what you mean. I've not seen one like yours before. the 95-97 model is part number S09A61831A
Which probably explains why it won't fit! So, Bongo??, as you bought it from us at the Bongo Shop, let's make sure you are supplied with the right part. We can do an exchange, but first of all, what is your chassis number? (post it here or email me at [email protected]).
