rear speakers

Post by nickbed » Thu May 17, 2012 7:44 pm

My bongo had no rear speakers when I got it. So thinking it would be easy I purchased some original speakers.
Wiring is there, have simply clipped it connectors expecting them to work they dont! Anyone have any ideas where um going wrong?
Cheers!

You may have to check the back of the stereo to see how many speakers are feeding into it. The rears may just be a harness but not connected to anything. I assume you have checked if the speakers are working.

I was in a similar spot.. Loom, no speakers in the back... But mine worked straight off when fitted.. (Though after market speakers.)
You sure you have the radio fader sending a signal to the back..??

They cant both be duff...
Cheaper by comparison to a race horse...

Have you altered your head unit balance to pick up the rear speakers ?
