Been to see it....as soon as you start the engine from stone cold it erupts like a volcano and just goes on doing that.......I reckon the head is goosed.....it will be fixed and on the road.
Also thought I could smell gases in the funnel when cold

Thanks again Haydn for coming over to look at our patient today, much obliged to you. I'll keep you posted on further developments re repairs.

If you find you're missing a hacksaw, I've put it safely to one side - I'll come and drop it round when we're mobile again or when you're next passing, by all means feel free to pop in and pick it up :)

I checked as much as you can do without dismantling......didn't want to go to extreames as it will most likely be going back to the dealer.
Both heaters blowing warm.

Van is booked in with ADS Automotive next week for a new head, radiator, hoses and cambelt! Thanks for all your help guys. We hope to be on the road again very soon and potentially meeting some of you at the next Bongo Bash :)

Haydn, when I've saved up the rest, I'll drop your hacksaw back to you and fit one of your Coolant loss alarms - they look the bis.
