Mine has the flyeyes kit on and it has just passed it mot, no problems.

Was just about to cut and paste that same quote.
With an all black Freda I had thought about tinting the rear lights but decided against it in light of the new test.
The all black 2.5 V6 - "looks more like a pimpmobile than a playbus"

The new rules are effective 1/1/12 as advisories, in force as fails from April 2012, final date tbc. So, you could in theory get away with it if the MOT is in the next 9 days. That's the rules, how well they are enforced is another matter....
