NE / Crank sensor
In the beginning there was nothing , then God said "Let there be Light".....There was still nothing , but ,by crikey, you could see it better.

Re: NE / Crank sensor
Hi
I'm told that the NE sensor is likely a VR sensor...is it 2 or 3-wire?
Thanks in advance

Re: NE / Crank sensor
The NE Sensor is shown as being 2 wire;

I think you will find all the NE (Crankshaft) sensors will be Variable Reluctance type, the Cam shaft (B4-18 or B4-21) sensors are also magnetic but might be of the type where the magnet is on a disk/gear as they are built into the distributor on the petrol types, again 2 wire according to the wiring diagrams
