Coolant leaking dripping when hot

There's a t shape pipe on the drivers side middle of the van one of the pipe drips when running hot pipe is held with a jubilee clip that will not tighten up any more do I need a new pipe or just jubilee clip if I undo clip will coolant go everywhere hope some
One can give me some advise before I go and make a mess of my bongo

most peeps just double clip it then remove/replace the broken clip with a new one so you end up with 2 new clips on.

jubilee clips should not really be used as you will be doing this every couple of months,use the proper mazda clips.

or use NORMA constant pressure clamps....google them !!
