Replacing Speedo dial - help

Hi,
can anyone help me with detailed instructions on how to replace the original kmh speedo dial / fascia with a new mph dial - thanks.

Lower the steering column

remove 4 screws holding plastic black facia

unclip the plastic cover over dials

then as per pictures in their

remove 2 screws and assuming its an overlay slip it over the old one

After lowering the steering column, I would be inclined to remove the top part of the steering cowl... It just unclips..!
They can get scratched by dial surround when pulled forward..?!

Where roughly in Bristol are you Philipino?
Cheaper by comparison to a race horse...
