Many of the cheapo kits are just the LED lamps, no switching module and most are not ECE compliant either.... :roll:
Fitted these to the Bongo and they do all of the above and look sweeeeet :D :D :D

Duncan..... got really dazzled by a HID kit....on a Focus, standard headlights with a conversion job.... awful....
While the idea of a HID kit sounds an idea.....really a decent set of bulbs with headlight lenses that are decent should be adequate......to be honest....I drive at night,even in the country lanes without using main beam... using 60/55w Tesla bulbs +50% (lidl £3.99) ...... Aldi just had (might still have some left) Trifa Xenon Prime bulbs with their Auto xs packaging..... rated better than Philips & Osram top of the range by Auto Bild in Germany.....
