After driving around with the cheque in an envelope for the last couple of days - I've finally posted it- following mrs waycar giving me an ear bashing about not getting my finger out #-o

I havn't yet broken it to Elliot that maybe his birthday party will be a bit short on numbers............................... :( although I am aware it's the quality of the folk there not the quantity so we'll be just fine

If this is cancelled we will still be going as its a tradition now to have Ells birthday there. Plus its our annual endurance test to see if we can cope with the wind and rain

Right then

Thanks to Karena & Baz for the dosh.

Plus me in my shed

That's 8 hookups

2 more have said that the money's in the post

Thats 10

so I'm keeping the reservation and if we don't make it to 14 then I'll pay the difference out of the NW fund.

I'll cancel the rally field.

Peeps with seperate tents will have to go in the camping field just over the wall and bongos without tents/hookups can either join them or go on the grass across the roadway from the hookups as usual.

Anymore for anymore?

cheers

Re: Autumn Bash 30th Sept - 2nd Oct at Silverdale

Post by CumbriaBongoBulls » Fri Aug 26, 2011 7:47 pm

Hi,
We have just noticed the NW get-together at Silverdale on the Forum. We did not manage to get there last year, but having just returned from the Bongo Bash in Bulgaria we just want to carry on Bongoing........, so we would like to attend. We do not need electric hook-up.
Do we need to send a cheque in advance for a non-electric pitch? If so who do we send it to? Otherwise we can pay at the weekend.
Look forward to meeting other NW Bongoers.
Regards,

I think that off the ground fires (firepits?) are ok, but probably not in the hookup area if there is any chance of sparks so you'd have to use the pre prepared firelogs that you buy at supermarkets.

Do you want a hookup? If you do please phone me ASAP as if there are any left after the weekend they will be allocated on first come first served.
Phone 015395 35910 to book.
