Dates: Friday 30th September to Sunday 2nd October.
14 hookup pitches on the main site have been reserved at £15 per night.
No seperate tents (including Quenchas) will be permitted on this part of the site under any circumstances.
Unlimited non hookup pitches available on the adjacent rally field - tents also permitted. £10 per night if booked in advance or £11 per night on a just turn up and hope basis.

There are 14 hookup pitches on the main site pre booked for our meet. There are no other hookup pitches available. Because we are usually over subscribed for these pitches and last year several peeps didn't turn up or pay for prebooked hookups we are doing things a little differently this year.
Hookups will be allocated by ballot to be drawn on 1st September.
To get into the ballot you must pay the £30 for the two nights in advance.
You can do this by cash, cheque or credit/debit card and payment must be recieved by 31st August.
Cheques should be made payable to 'Watchers' and posted to the address on my wesite link below. Please mark your forum name on the back of the cheque.
Credit/Debit card payments can be made by telephone to 015395 35910.
If you are unsuccessful in the ballot you may cancel your booking and recieve a full refund or transfer your booking to non hookup and recieve a £10 refund.
Non Hookup pitches:
All non hookup pitches will be located in the Rally field adjacent to the camping field. The party marquee will also be sited here.
There will be a quiet end and a party end of the field.
You may want to bring along a porta potti or similar as it is a bit of a hike to the loos.
Quiet generators will be permitted between 10.00am and 10.00pm.
Please note that BBQs must be at least 12" off the ground.

Just Turn up...£11 per night....you may end up in the camping field if the rally field is fully pre-booked. Please see me upon arrival.

PROGRAMME:
Friday evening from 7.00pm:
Jacobs Join Supper so that you don't have to bother stopping on the way for a meal or cooking when you arrive. Simply bring along contributions to our communal buffet.
Saturday about 10.30ish:
A gentle stroll through the local woodlands to a neaby hostelry for a noggin or two and a bite to eat. Back around 3.30ish
4.00 ish DOG SHOW....Yes this will go ahead this year come rain hail or shine (usually all three at once at Silverdale) Lots of totally daft prizes carried over rfrom the past couple of years of cancellations. Star Prize is a squeaky VW camper van.
Evening: Come and celebrate Eloit's birthday. Bring your barbie over to the party marquee then get chilled/drunk/seduced depending upon your personal preferences.
SUNDAY
Morning about 10.30ish
Auction...similar to the Big Bash auction. Bring your redundant camping gear, bongo spare parts and other junk for some other mug to buy. Remember 'one man's junk is another man's treasure' (especially if your name is Ady).
