Roof Beeping

Apoligie's if already asked but I can't find my answer so here go's, on opening my AFT the "beep's" continue after AFT is fully open :( so if anyone as any idea's I would be most welcome :?: [-o<

Some times it needs a little help to get fully up :oops: give it a push for the last second or two to help it get in the fully open position, this should stop the beeps.
Lost without my Bongo.

Are you raising the roof with the engine running? If the engine isn't running sometimes mine doesn't get fully erect. :oops:

Duncan....when is the last time you put it up..... ROOF....that is..... might need a few raise and lowers and some lube on the runners...

To be honest Mike this is only the second time I got it up in a month :oops: will give the gubbin's a good lube :wink: tomorrow night when I get in from work :D All being well this will sort out my getting it up problem's and stop that constant beeping :lol: [-o<

Roof alway's raised with engine running but let gravity to the rest to get it down :shock: :wink: :lol:

Open your zips it takes tension out of fabric.

If you are going to push the roof up, make sure that you push on the aluminium edges which have the screw in connectors rather than the roof itself. If you push too hard on the roof there is a danger of popping out the screws which hold the roof to the aluminium edges.

I have posted something about my roof, but also says about getting rid of the not being able to get it fully up, ya know being a bit flacid, take a peek.
