So Bumbly you've noticed that the space saver is smaller. Maybe thats why they call it a space saver.
My point was that having got a spare thats the the same size as the main wheels and having put say the larger specified correct Bongo rear tyre on and then had a flat on one of the rear tyres, the spare could go on and suddenly you're not illegal at all. In fact you dont even have to rush and change any tyres as you would be perfectly legal.
This also removes the risk in using a space saver.
Back to my question- which tyre on the spare , the 195 or the 215?
