Thats a dead ringer for the workshop manual diagram. Can that be seen and/or accessed/removed without removing the engine under cover, do you know Mike?mikexgough wrote:

I must admit to taking a look see..... sometime ago....as you can see Mike the scavenger fan can be seen in the picture so in essence it is covered by the under tray... which is probably why this drain "noozle" as called by a certain BigDaddyCain, is never mentioned in most of the coolant change threads and bleed methods....

Thanks for all your posts and esp the pic. Have put it off this weekend due to the poor weather but tomorrow looking hopefull. Now loaded with more antifreeze and an extended garden hose.
