Forward to the big pipe that then goes to the top of the rad on drivers side via another big hose.
You can't polish a turd - but you can roll it in glitter.

Hose no 15-186 on here http://www.lushprojects.com/bongopartsm ... mgno=.html commonly just called the top hose, or engine outlet hose. Check the one above the starter especially too if that one's gone, but I'd give the rest of the 17 hoses a good check, this shows the location of the rest of them - http://www.lushprojects.com/bongopartsm ... mgno=.html

Apparantly so, along with the bleed hose chafing on the alternator, but I work on the theory that if ones gone, the rest are the same age & probably aren't that far behind, I'd make sure you get a low coolant alarm asap if you're not planning on doing them all.

Thats impressive - and good to know for anyone else needing to get a broken Bongo to Ian. I wonder what radius he offers for that service. I'm guessing his charges are pretty good compared to dedicated retrieval services?

Thanks Carl. It'd be interesting to hear what the charges were like if it isn't being too nosey to ask. Might be useful / encouraging for others in trouble?
