Oil filters

Post by alexknill » Fri Nov 06, 2009 3:14 pm

Does anyone know if Halfords do an oil filter to fit 2.5td?

Also, I've read the document about oils - which is the best to use?

I've just looked and realised that the Bongo needs an oil change (done just over 5000km) - I have a chance to do it this weekend and can't use Bongo Fury shop until 16th!

Thanks

Sounds like me & thee are the only people who change our oil at 5,000km intervals, which for me means every 4 or 5 weeks :?

They won't list a filter but, if you look at the Compatible Parts database in the Member's Area, they should be able to look it up by comparing other makes part numbers - usually cheaper from other motor accessory shops though

You have RYCO /RYCKO Z313. is this a correct oil filter for 2.5TD? I have seen ryco Z9 in my local motor factor in Australia, same filter that fits my 2.5TD Mazda B2500 UTE... Not sure if it will fit ??
