Hubby had them on a Toyota but didn't like them as they juddered, but that's the only time he's tried them. Bosch make some but I don't know if they make them for bongos.

I'm in the meerkat for some new wipey's & was wondering if they might skip on the longer passenger side arm?

I've recently fitted them to mine, got 2 from ebay for the front, the large one (drivers side) wasn't properly wiping on the bottom 3 inches or so of the blade at the top of the wipe, had to bend the blade a bit to make it work proper, got one for the rear from Trago Mills when I was there, got a 17" on with no fouling anywhere, but again it's not wiping the bottom few inches of the blade at the top of the wipe, even after bending it in a bit. Going to try & increase the tension on the spring on the arm if I can as it does seem a bit slack.
I still remain to be convinced they are any more effective than normal wipers, they certainly look a bit sleeker though, even with my modified wiper arm monuted squirters, still to be refined

got mine from Tesco, they are usually £6 each but I got mine on offer at £4.....

I just got them to the size that the Bongo standards are...and I have had no problems with them

I got Bosch's all round on mine they're starting to go home.. The rear never wiped the top 2 inches, i put down to the arm tension.. The passenger skips the middle 3..

Had a crazy and agonisingly slow drive back from Lands End once in lashing rain with no wipers, just the passenger hanging out the window, using the broken wiper to wipe the windscreen. He got so very wet. Why didn't we stop and wait for the rain to stop?

Years ago i drove my girlfriends Maestro back from Edinburgh's Hogmanay & the drivers arm came loose on the spigot.. I was stopping & tightening it every few miles with the only tool in the car, a skinny pair of pliers..

Stop press.. I have just been reliably informed my girlfriends Micra wiper needs replacing now..

I got the Tesco ones too & I was not quite so impressed. The fin is on the lower edge such that it tends to force the air between the blade & glass which makes it lift away from the 'screen at higher speeds. If the fin was the other way round then it would force the blade towards the glass. I'm sure better quality / design would be more effective. Just my personal observations.

Do you think the Tesco ones were designed for the LHD market?

If you decipher the instructions (hidden way in the packing) they can be reversed................

I used them for over a month before I found the instructions when fitting another one to a different car.
